Joe Hodge completes move to QPR
The Republic of Ireland U-21 international joined the R’s on loan until the end of the season in a deadline day move.
Hodge missed the beginning of the campaign through injury but returned to action in the Autumn.
The midfielder has been out of favour this season under new boss Gary O’Neil and now heads out on loan for regular game time.
Wolves had been reluctant to let the midfielder go this transfer window due to availability of midfielders, but with Joao Gomes back from suspension, the move was sanctioned.
The Irishman has made 11 appearances for Wolves, with six coming in the Premier League.
Hodge was on the bench last night with The Wanderers losing 4-3 to Manchester United in additional time.
QPR boss Marti Cifuentes said: "I am very happy we have been able to bring in Joe.
"He is a player who is very comfortable in possession, very good in small spaces, very good in the passing game."
QPR are currently third from bottom of the Championship, three points from safety.
Their next game is against Blackburn Rovers away at Ewood Park on Saturday.
Elsewhere on deadline day, the Republic of Ireland’s Adam Idah joined Brendan Rodgers at Celtic.
