Fulham secure Chelsea striker Armando Broja on season-long loan
Fulham have bolstered its attacking options by acquiring Armando Broja on loan from Chelsea for the rest of the season.
The 22-year-old Albanian international makes the move from Stamford Bridge to Craven Cottage, aiming to replicate his successful stints at Vitesse and Southampton.
In discussions with FFCtv, Broja shared his excitement about the new chapter.
"It feels amazing. I'm really happy to be here and I can't wait to get started, meet the players and manager and play for the fans," he said.
Fulham's Tony Khan expressed his enthusiasm about the loan signing: "He's a young and talented striker who is happy and motivated to join our squad and to play for Marco and his staff!"
Broja, who has been with Chelsea's Academy since the end of his Under-9s level, has demonstrated his goal-scoring prowess both as a centre-forward and wide man.
His journey at Chelsea included making his senior debut in a Premier League fixture against Everton and contributing off the bench under Thomas Tuchel, including making his Champions League debut.
Under Graham Potter, Broja continued to feature, scoring his first goal for Chelsea in a 3-0 victory over Wolves and making a full debut at Brentford.
