Ex-Bohemians winger Kris Twardek completes move to Canadian Premier League side Atletico Ottawa
Kris Twardek has completed his move to Canadian Premier League side Atletico Ottawa on a two-year-deal.
The now former Bohemians winger joins his hometown club after leaving the Gypsies at the end of the 2023 League of Ireland Premier Division season.
Twardek, 26, impressed for Bohs across two spells at Dalymount Park after joining from Sligo Rovers initially in 2019.
“Kris embodies the essence of a powerful athlete, entering the league in his prime and poised to make a significant impact on the field,” Ottawa CEO Fernando Lopez said.
“Off the field, Kris has a deep-rooted connection to the local community and has a strong family focus.
