Athlone Town sign midfield duo Carl Mujagazi and Armardo Oakley

Athlone Town have continued their off-season recruitment drive with the arrival of Carl Mujaguzi and Armado Oakley.

Mujaguzi, 23, hails from Sweden and has is a midfielder by trade.

He lined out in the Swedish Cup twice last season when on loan from BK Olympic.

BK Olympic play in the lower league's in Sweden as Mujaguzi played with them on loan from IFK Malmo.

Unlike their city rivals Malmo FF, IFK have generally played outside of the Swedish top-flight.

Oakley, however, joins the Town from Canadian side Guelph United.

Like Mujaguzi, 29-year-old is a midfielder by trade.

The pair have become Athlone's seventh and eighth new signings of the off-season.
