Former Irish youth international Kinsella completes move to Cheltenham Town
The 27-year-old midfielder signs an 18-month contract at the Completely-Suzuki Stadium.
Kinsella, who only signed for Swindon Town last summer, leaves to reunite with manager Darrell Clarke, who he spent time playing under during his time with Walsall.
The former U21 international had made 22 appearances at the County Ground this term before switching to join the Robins to aid their fight against League One relegation.
Liam, son of former Irish international Mark Kinsella, spent over 19 years at Walsall and made 253 first team appearances for the club.
During his time with the Midlands club, he was named Player of the Year twice.
"I've worked with Kins before at Walsall and he's a real consistent performer. Whether that's with his performance or his energy levels,” said Clarke on the signing of Kinsella after their defeat to Bolton Wanderers on Tuesday night.
"He gives us another option in the middle of the park and with a lot of games to fit in, everyone is going to be needed and Liam adds that bit more strength in depth."
Kinsella could make his debut for Cheltenham Town against Derby County this Saturday.
