Ronan Curtis joins Wimbledon
Ronan Curtis have officially joined the Dons, signing a deal that will see him at the club until the season's end.
The Republic of Ireland international arrives with a solid record from Portsmouth, where he scored 57 goals and delivered 42 assists across 226 games.
The forward's time at Fratton Park was highlighted by winning the EFL Trophy in the 2018/19 season and becoming the club's highest scorer this century.
Before his move to Portsmouth in May 2018, Curtis played with Derry City, progressing through the Candystripes academy before making his senior debut in May, 2015. After spending four seasons with the club, Curtis secured a £100,000 move across-channel.
"It feels amazing to be here," Curtis expressed.
"Wimbledon has a lovely stadium and a great bunch of lads. I thrive on my goals and assists... I'm here to be a team player."
Manager Johnnie Jackson noted Curtis's progression since joining the team's training, "He’s been really impressive... He’s excited about being a part of it."
Additionally, the Dons have welcomed John-Kymani Gordon from Crystal Palace on loan, adding to their attack during the Sky Bet League Two campaign.
The 20-year-old forward has experience in the Football League, including a promotion with Carlisle United.
