Celtic welcome Nicolas Kuhn with a long-term deal
Celtic have officially announced the signing of German player Nicolas Kuhn on a significant five-and-a-half-year contract, pending international clearance.
The versatile 24-year-old, known for his ability to play on both right and left wings, brings experience from his time at RB Leipzig, Ajax, Bayern Munich, and most recently Rapid Vienna.
Nicolas expressed his enthusiasm about joining Celtic.
“I feel great that I’m finally here and I can’t wait,” he said.
“Celtic is a big club, and I’m really happy to be here. I’ve watched a couple of games already; it’s a really big club,” he remarked.
Discussing his versatility, Nicolas mentioned, “I’m variable, I can play on the left, as a second striker or as a number 10.”
Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers welcomed Nicolas, praising his dynamic playing style, quality, and versatility.
“He has the profile we are looking for,” Rodgers said.
"He has a real attacking intent, a player with great pace and ideas, the ability to create and score goals and a player with a great energy and work ethic.
“He is someone who can play wide on both sides so he brings with him that versatility for us too, and myself and the coaches here really look forward to working with him.”
