Former Shamrock Rovers prospect Kevin Zefi moves to Roma from Inter Milan
Kevin Zefi has put pen to paper on a deal with Serie A giants Roma after leaving Inter Milan.
Zefi, 18, played for Shamrock Rovers II in the First Division when he was just 15 and even scored against Longford Town.
As a result, he set the record as the youngest ever player to score in the League of Ireland.
Following that, he earned his switch to Milan a few months later where he has remained since.
But he has seen his progress stall in recent months and the Ireland underage international will be hoping to kickstart his career in the Italian capital.
“(I’m) delighted to have signed for this great club (AS Roma)!,” Zefi posted on social media.
“(I’m) excited to meet up with the boys and see what we can achieve together!”
