Tranmere Rovers extend loan for Blackpool's Rob Apter

Tranmere Rovers have confirmed the extension of Rob Apter's loan from Blackpool until the end of the 2023/24 season.

The 20-year-old midfielder returns to the club after impressing during his initial loan period, where he made 21 appearances, scored five goals, and provided two assists.

Manager Nigel Adkins expressed his satisfaction with the agreement.

"We're delighted to have Robbie Apter back... His efforts towards our performances in the first half of the season were huge," Adkins remarked, noting Apter's positive impact on the team.

Apter himself is enthusiastic about continuing his journey with Tranmere Rovers.

"I’m made up. As soon as I knew I was wanted back, it was the only thing I wanted to do,” Apter stated, reflecting his commitment to the club.
