Goalkeeper Jayne Merren joins Wexford Fc

The promising young goalkeeper started with the Hoops underage set up before joining their senior squad last year.
Born in 2005, the 19-year-old spent time between the posts for the Ireland U19 team that defeated hosts Norway in UEFA EURO Round 2 Qualifiers last April.
Merren was also named in the U19 squad that travelled to Belgium for UEFA EURO Qualifiers in October.
First team manager Hugh Strong has high hopes for the youngster as they prepare for their 2024 campaign.
