Harrison Neal completes move to Carlisle United from Sheffield United
Carlisle United has confirmed the signing of 22-year-old midfielder Harrison Neal on a permanent transfer from Sheffield United.
Neal, a product of the Bramall Lane academy, has committed to a contract with the Blues that extends until the summer of 2026.
Neal's ascent through the ranks at Sheffield United included several loan spells.
His first loan to Kettering Town in the 2021/22 season caught the attention of clubs higher in the football pyramid, leading to a subsequent loan with National League side Southend United, where he made 22 appearances.
Last season, Neal was instrumental for Barrow, making 52 appearances across all competitions.
His performances continued to impress, leading to a summer loan to Stevenage, where he played under Steve Evans, featuring 11 times in the first half of this campaign.
