Donnelly is latest player to re-sign with Cork City

Aoibhín Donnelly is the latest player to re-sign for Cork city for the 2024 season.

Having played with Galway WFC’s under 17 and under 19 teams between 2018 and 2021, Donnelly saw an opportunity down south and signed for Cork City in 2022.

On committing to the rebels for another season, Donnelly told Cork City’s media team:

“I’m delighted to be signing back with the club for another season. “

Donnelly, who scored two goals in 28 appearances for the club spoke positively about their upcoming 2024 campaign:

“As a team we are determined to improve performance from last year and compete higher up the table. Looking forward to the season ahead.”
