Cobh Ramblers announce coaching staff for 2024

New Cobh Ramblers manager Gary Hunt has announced his coaching staff for the 2024 League of Ireland Season.

Assistant Manager – Dave Moore
First Team Coach – Damien Rowe
Goalkeeper Coach – Noel Cantwell
Strength & Conditioning Coach – Dermot Ryan

Off the back of a successful 2023 campaign under manager Shane Keegan, Damien Rowe, Noel Cantwell and Dermot Ryan continue their roles into 2024.

Cobh’s latest addition to the club is assistant manager Dave Moore, who will work alongside Hunt in the 2024 campaign.

A former player for Cobh Ramblers in the 2003/04 season, Moore has enjoyed a successful coaching career in cork city, managing the u17s as well as serving on the first team coaching panel.

Cobh manager Gary Hunt said: “I’m delighted to be able to finalise my backroom team. Having heard many good things about a lot of the current staff I was keen to speak to them to continue the good work they have been doing. Damien, Noel & Dermot are the kind of people that will help Cobh strive for progress year on year.

“Dave Moore will come in to assist me as number two for the season and I am excited to work alongside Dave. He will bring a lot of good energy and know-how to the group.

"Dave’s understanding of the club and county will also be important for the Rams as we approach pre-season and I have no doubt the players will enjoy working with him.”
