Armshaw re-signs with Treaty United for new season
Treaty United have announced the re-signing of winger Willie Armshaw for the upcoming 2024 season.
Armshaw will be entering his fourth season with Treaty United, having been with the team since the inception of their Senior Men’s game.
Originating from Cappawhite in Tipperary, Armshaw has been a key player for Treaty United, making 85 appearances and contributing ten goals and four assists.
Manager Tommy Barrett expressed his satisfaction with Armshaw’s decision to stay with the club for another year.
In a statement to TreatyUnitedFC.com, Barrett said, “It’s great to have Willie back for a fourth season. He’s come up from junior level and has improved year-on-year.”
Barrett praised Armshaw's attitude, work ethic, and impact on the team, both as a starter and as a substitute.
“He makes things happen and is exciting to watch so we’re delighted to have him back for another season,” Barrett added.
