Ryan McLaughlin pens new deal with St Patrick’s Athletic
Five-time Northern Ireland international Ryan McLaughlin has penned a new contract with FAI Cup holders St Patrick's Athletic.
McLaughlin, 29, joined the Saints at the end of July transfer window and made four appearances in the second-half of last season.
He made his debut from the start in the 1-0 league win away to UCD on August 25 before featuring off the bench in the 2-1 defeat to Shelbourne.
“I'm delighted to have signed a new deal with St Pat's and I'm really excited for the season to start,” the full-back said.
“I'm looking forward to seeing everyone back at Richmond Park in 2024."
And Saints boss Jon Daly added: “We're delighted that Ryan has extended his contract with us and we're looking forward to having a player of his ability and experience in the group for the new season.
“Ryan has great experience, having played over 100 games in England and Scotland in recent years, and been capped five times by his country.”
