Treaty United part ways with Alban Hysa

Women’s Premier Division side Treaty United have confirmed that they have parted ways with boss Alban Hysa.

The former Peamount United coach led the Shannonsiders this season to a much improved campaign.

But they still finished 10th with their final game of the season seeing them fall to a narrow 1-0 loss against Bohemians at Dalymount Park.

And in a statement, Treaty said: “Treaty United can confirm that following our game against Bohemians, Head Coach Alban Hysa has left his role as Head Coach.

“Treaty United would like to thank Alban for his immense contribution and commitment throughout the season. 

“Alban played an integral role in the continued development of our Women’s senior side both  on and off the pitch and the club would like to wish him every success in his future.

“Treaty United will now begin the process of recruiting a Senior Women’s team manager for the 2024 WNL season.”
