Shelbourne confirm departure of JR Wilson
Shelbourne have confirmed the departure of John Ross Wilson with the 2023 League of Ireland having come to a close on Friday night.
The defender made over 100 appearances for the Reds across two stints with the club which took in two successful First Division title winning campaigns in 2019 and 2021.
He also played in last year’s FAI Cup Final as Shelbourne were defeated by Derry City at the Aviva Stadium and he made a total of 23 appearances under Damien Duff this season.

The Ringsend native made over 100 appearances for the Reds and was part of first division winning sides in 2019 and 2021.
