LSL Senior Sunday round-up: Kilbarrack United see off Malahide United as Lucan United win away at Bluebell United
Kilbarrack United shook off their early season cobwebs on Wednesday night to defeat Malahide United.
Kilbarrack, who were edged out by Finn Harps in the FAI Cup last month, saw their first game of the season against Crumlin abandoned on Friday night due to the effects of Storm Betty in Dublin.
But no storm could stop them from securing their first league win of the season when they saw off Malahide.
Striker Deiric Hyland netted twice for Kilbarrack while Mark Townley was also on target in their win.

Meanwhile, Killester Donnycarney also got their season up and running thanks to a narrow 1-0 win over Tolka Rovers at Hadden Park.
Sean Goulding was on hand to secure all three points.
But there was drama on the Armagh Road as Crumlin United and Liffey Wanderers played out a 2-2 draw.
Former Bray Wanderers and Wexford forward Ger Shortt netted for Crumlin alongside Ryan Kelly – but it was not to be as Liffey fought back to salvage a point.
