Longford Town unveil signing of striker Ola Adeyemo
First Division play-off hunters Longford Town have confirmed the signing of former Wexford striker Ola Adeyemo for the rest of the season.
Adeyemo is the brother of current Town striker Jordan who also joined the club from Wexford earlier this month.
However, Jordan played for the Red and Black during the 2022 campaign while Ola joins the Midlanders for the first time.
New recruit Adeyemo was most recently on the books of Newry City in the Northern Irish top-flight.
He has also played for Watford as a youth before also having stints in Scotland with Cove Rangers and Peterhead after leaving Wexford in 2020.
Adeyemo made his debut as a late sub for Longford during their FAI Cup defeat to St Pat's on Sunday evening.
Longford Town FC is delighted to announce the signing of Ola Adeyemo.
