Newcastle United confirm contract extension for two players
Newcastle United have confirmed contract extensions for Paul Dummett and Loris Karius.
The pair have accepted contract offers that will see them remain at St James’ Park until the end of the 2023/24 season.
Dummet is a product of Newcastle United’s academy and is the longest serving player at the club having made his senior debut in 2013, he has made more than 200 appearances for the Magpies.
Former Liverpool goalkeeper, Karius, joined Newcastle on a short term deal in September 2022 and has extended his stay for a second time.
The 30 year old started in goal during the club’s Carabao Cup Final against Manchester United at Wembley last season.
