Chelsea complete signing of Everton Academy prospect

Chelsea have confirmed the singing of Ishe Samuels-Smith from Everton.
“It was a shock to me because it all happened quickly, but I’m really glad to be here. It’s going to be a good experience coming into such a big club,” the defender said, speaking to the club’s website.
“It will be a new challenge because there are top players here, so I am going to have to adapt quickly and get through the levels.”
Everton confirmed that they have received a ‘significant compensation fee’ as part of the deal.
The left back represented England at the European Under 17 Championship and was a regular for Everton’s under 21s last season.
