Liverpool star becomes latest Premier League player to move to Saudi Arabia

Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino has become the latest star to join the Saudi Pro League with Al Ahli confirming the signing of the Brazilian international today.

Firmino spent eight years with Liverpool and made 362 appearances, scoring 111 goals as he lifted the Champions League, Premier League and Club World Cup during his time on Merseyside.

He joins former Chelsea player and Senegal international Edouard Mendy who signed for Ahli earlier this year.

Firmino will face off against C Liverpool legend Steve Gerrard who was unveiled as the manager of Al-Ettifaq earlier this week.
