Notts County sign midfielder Dan Crowley
Notts County Football Club has confirmed the signing of midfielder Dan Crowley on a two-year contract.
Crowley, a former Arsenal academy player, is set to join Notts County following his recent stint with League One side Morecambe.
The club's board expressed their satisfaction with the new signing in a statement on their official website.
"Dan has significant experience from the Championship and League One, as well as in the Dutch top flight, and we think he's an excellent fit for our system. He will provide more competition and depth to our squad."
Crowley began his professional career in the Aston Villa youth ranks before making the move to Arsenal at 15 years old.
After gaining experience through loan spells at Barnsley and Oxford, Crowley transitioned to Dutch top flight with Go Ahead Eagles and later Willem II.
A move back to England saw Crowley sign for Birmingham City, making 38 Championship appearances in his debut season.
Following a loan move to Hull City, and brief spells at Cheltenham and Willem II, Crowley signed for Morecambe in January.
