Liverpool FC has submitted its Premier League retained list, signalling the exit of multiple senior and Academy players following the 2022-23 season.

Roberto Firmino, Naby Keita, James Milner, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are confirmed to be departing from the club as their contracts conclude this summer.

These key players have significantly contributed to Liverpool's success under Jürgen Klopp’s stewardship, aiding in securing seven trophies in recent times, including the 2019 Champions League and the Reds' first league title in three decades, achieved by amassing 99 points in the 2019-20 season.

Their contributions to victories in the UEFA Super Cup, FIFA Club World Cup, Carabao Cup, Emirates FA Cup, and FA Community Shield were acknowledged in a farewell ceremony at Anfield in May.

Goalkeeper Adrian, who has been a crucial part of the team and played 26 times under Klopp since his arrival in the summer of 2019, has received a contract offer.

Meanwhile, in the Academy, Jack Bearne, Liam Hughes, Charlie Hayes-Green, Oscar Kelly, Fidel O’Rourke, Oludare Olufunwa, and Iwan Roberts are all set to venture onto new paths in their careers this summer.

Bearne had made a senior debut for Liverpool in the 2019 League Cup quarter-final, and Hughes had twice been a part of the Reds' matchday squad.

Paul Glatzel, Jacob Poytress, and Reece Trueman have also been extended contract offers.
