League Preview: Kerry -v- Treaty United
KERRY
League of Ireland new boys Kerry welcome nearest Munster neighbours Treaty United to Mounthawk Park on Friday night (kick-off is at 7.45pm).
The Kingdom have once again sold out their ticket allocation for this game, with 1200 fans expected to descend on the Tralee venue for the game.
And they will come into the game with a newfound sense of purpose with Leo Gaxha netting their first ever senior League of Ireland goal against Bray Wanderers last week.
And speaking to extratime.com after the game Dennehy said: “Leo has a great desire to go and kick on again. “He is back from Sheffield United where things haven’t worked out for him and he is at the rebuilding phase of his career.
"I was there myself when I came home from Sunderland. But he has the right attitude and I am delighted that he is the first goalscorer for Kerry in the League of Ireland.
"Hopefully there is more to come from him."
Kerry are expected to be without Mark Carey for Friday's game through injury as Trpimir Vrlijack is ruled out with an ankle injury. Matt Keane (broken nose), Junior Ankomah and Graham O'Reilly are all doubts.
