Waterford to report incident to FAI as analyst from ‘a certain’ club allegedly films training
First Division Waterford have said they intend to report an incident to the FAI after their training session was allegedly filmed by an analyst from ‘a certain club’.
The Blues issued a statement on Thursday evening alleging that they discovered the ‘opposition analyst’ of a rival club filming their training session that day.
The club also noted that they ‘removed’ the individual from the training ground and they will report the incident to the FAI.
The statement read: “We are disappointed to have discovered the “opposition analyst” of a certain club hiding filming our training session today as we prepare for tomorrow night’s game.
“Needless to say he was removed and the incident will be reported to the FAI.”
Waterford take on Galway United in the First Division on Friday night at the RSC. Kick-off is at 7.45pm.
