Athlone Town suffered defeat in their opening game of the WNL season when visitors to Lissywollen Wexford Youths ran out 2-1 winners on Saturday.
Emily Corbet put the home side in front just before half time but goals from Ellen Molloy and Jessica Lawler meant that Youths took the three points on the day.
