Val Adedokun signs new 2 year deal with Dundalk
Val Adedokun has signed a new two year contract with Dundalk having impressed Filippo Giovagnoli since the Italian's arrival at the club last year.
Despite only being 17, it is expected that Adebokun will continue his development with the Dundalk first team in the year ahead as the Lilywhites go about trying to recapture their Premier Division crown.
The young attacker made his debut by coming off the bench last season in the Lilywhites 4-0 defeat to Shamrock Rovers at Oriel Park.
Speaking after putting pen to paper on his new deal, Adedokun said: “I feel very blessed to have made my first-team debut last year. It’s great to know that Filippo trusts me and is willing to give me an opportunity and, hopefully, this year I can look forward to more appearances with the first team.
