Bohs sign midfielder Ali Coote from Waterford

Bohs have announced the signing of Scottish midfielder Ali Coote from Waterford. The 22-year-old impressed for The Blues this past season grabbing three goals as they narrowly missed out on Europe.

Bohemians manager Keith Long described the ex-Dundee United man as “a dynamic box-to-box midfielder and I believe he has all the characteristics we look for in a player.

Before adding, “He has the qualities to improve us in midfield and I am really looking forward to working with him.”

Coote is the second player to swap the RSC for Dalymount Park this offseason, he will link up again with left-back Tyreke Wilson who made the switch at the beginning of December.
