Carroll goes on loan to Warrenpoint Town

Adam Carroll has re-joined Warrenpoint Town on loan from Linfield ahead of the 2020/21 NIFL Premiership season.

Carroll initially joined Warrenpoint in January before featuring for The Point on a couple of occasions previous to the premature end to the NIFL in response to covid-19.

The 18-year-old is a highly sought-after striker having built up a strong reputation while playing youth football with Linfield.

Carroll has scored many important goals at youth level, including a goal against Cliftonville in the Youth cup final in 2018.

Warrenpoint manager Barry Gray also confirmed the contract extensions for goalkeeper Gabriel Sava and Matthew Lynch.
