Graham Stack made Assistant Manager at Watford following Nigel Pearson sacking

Former Ireland U21 goalkeeper Graham Stack has been appointed temporary assistant manager at Watford. 

‘The Hornets’, who currently sit 17th in the Premier League table with just two games left to escape relegation sacked manager Nigel Pearson on Sunday. 

London born Stack has been promoted from the role of ‘Head of academy goalkeeping’ and will assist Hayden Mullins for the interim period. 

Watford will face Manchester City on Tuesday and Arsenal on Sunday in their remaining fixtures.
