Erica Turner signs for Waves

DLR Waves have announced the return of Republic of Ireland Under-19 international Erica Turner ahead of the Women’s National League season.

The goalkeeper played with Waves during the 2019 season but departed last summer to begin a scholarship with Queens University in North Carolina.

Her last game for the Dublin club came against 2019 WNL champions Peamount United last July

Turner made her senior debut as a 17 year old in 2017, before working her way to becoming the first-choice keeper at the club and being crowned the WNL Young Player of the Year in 2018.
