Jeff Hendrick's Burnley departure confirmed
Burnley have confirmed that Jeff Hendrick will leave the club at the end of the month upon expiry of his contract.
The club and the player have been locked in negotiations for the past number of months and with no movement on either side, the Republic of Ireland international will now begin his search for a new club.
Hendrick is likely to be in high demand with a number of clubs in England monitoring his situation in recent weeks, while Inter Milan were also linked with the playmaker at the end of last month.
Wherever Hendrick ends up next, his four year stay at Turf Moor is most definitely over as he leaves his former side sitting in 12th position with little to play for as the Premier League plays out it’s remaining fixtures over the next number of weeks.
