Former Dungannon Swift player Conor Bradley signs professional contract with Liverpool
Liverpool have announced that Northern Irish youth international Conor Bradley has signed a professional contract with the club.
Bradley is a product of the Dungannon Swifts youth system and has been away on Merseyside on a scholarship programme but now as he approaches his 17th birthday the current European Champions have taken the decision to offer the youngster professional terms.
The contact, a three year deal, comes after Bradley impressed for the English club’s under 18 and 23 side.
On the international side, Bradley has represented Northern Ireland at under 18 level. Speaking after signing on the dotted line he said; “I am delighted that Liverpool Football Club have shown faith in me by offering to extend my contract for 3 more years.
“I would like to say thanks to the coaches and managers I have worked with in Dungannon United Youth and Dungannon Swifts who have helped me on my journey so far. The club have been very good to me since I first met yous so I want to wish you a good season when you all get the chance to return to play.“
