Lessons in Football with Tom O'Connor (re-issue)

Back in March last year when schools closed and League of Ireland games were postponed, our reporter Tom O’Connor (@LoiMuinteoir) produced a set of club specific lessons suitable for 3rd to 6th class students.
As we enter the latest lockdown in January, we have republished the lessons as a resource for parents. You might notice some of the playing squads won't reflect the changes for the 2021 season but that shouldn't get in the way of some home schooling!
With parents trying to keep their children entertained and educated during this difficult period, the lessons are a perfect combination for any parent with a football-loving child.
O’Connor, a teacher by trade and author of the award-nominated series “Education: Life Beyond Soccer,” is hoping these lesson packs will be of assistance to parents.
“I started this idea on Twitter and I am delighted extratime.com were willing to promote and host the lessons. I would love if clubs would come on board and link the packs on their websites and social media channels.
