In Friday's Europa League Fourth Round Qualifiers draw, St. Patrick's Athletic have been drawn against FC Steaua Bucuresti of Romania.
Steaua are no strangers to League of Ireland football having taken on Shelbourne in the Champions League second qualifying round in 2005/2006. Shelbourne earned a 0-0 home draw before going down 1-4 away to the Romanian outfit. The tie was marred by racist chants from the crowd, resulting in a one-matchday pitch suspension for Steaua during the same European season.
St. Pats earned the right to be in Friday's draw thanks to a dramatic 3-3 aggregate win over Russian side Krylya Sovetov.
