Three Premier Division games rescheduled
Three of the six SSE Airtricity League Premier Division matches that were postponed because of the Toulon tournament have been rescheduled.
Derry City v UCD, which was originally scheduled for Friday, May 31 will now be played on Friday, July 12, with kick-off at 7.45 p.m. at the Ryan McBride Brandywell Stadium.
UCD goalkeeper Conor Kearns and the Students’ defensive lynchpin Liam Scales are involved with Stephen Kenny’s Republic of Ireland squad, who have reached the semi-finals of the Maurice Revello tournament in France.
The Students were due to welcome high-flying Bohemians to the UCD. Bowl on Saturday, June 8 but that cross-Dublin derby will now take place on Monday, July 15, with kick-off at 7.45p.m.
Waterford’s Zach Elbouzedi was on the mark for the Ireland Under 21s in their 4-1 opening group game victory over China in France.
Waterford’s league visit to the Ryan McBride Brandywell Stadium to take on Derry City, initially planned for Friday, June 14, has been rearranged for Monday, July 29, with kick-off at 7.45 p.m.
