Are you Mascot material?
Maybe you always wanted to run out onto the pitch at Richmond Park but perhaps never quite had the skills of Ryan Guy or Mark Quigley? Well now here’s your chance to lead out the team and entertain the St Pat’s faithful - the role of the club Mascot Paddy the Panther is currently available at St Pats.
Have you your paw on the pulse of Irish soccer? If you get your chance can you make those people dance? Can you answer the call of the wild and be the best Paddy the Panther ever?
Candidates must be aged 16 years or over must be eager, energetic and have a sense of humour. While the position is offered on a voluntary basis you will of course have free admittance to all St Patrick’s Athletic home games and of course enjoy free adulation from our home supporters.

Monaghan Open New Astro Pitch
The exciting new UEFA 1 Star Astro Pitch at Monaghan United’s Kingspan Century Park was officially open to business from Thursday 2nd July.
For the month of July trials on the Astro will be available to any clubs, teams or organisations etc wishing to use it the only stipulation is that it must be pre-booked, bookings are now being taken on 0862771515.
This full sized, floodlit Astro pitch is available to all sports as part of the Monaghan United Sports Development Centre. Monaghan Town and surrounding areas now have a top class all weather facility which is available for training and matches on a commercial basis.
Cork City Futsal Bulgaria bound
Cork City have been drawn against opposition from Bulgaria, Moldova and Turkey in the UEFA Futsal Cup Preliminary Round. The draw, which was made on Thursday, 2nd July 2009 in Nyon, will see City travel to Bulgaria to take part in Group A of the UEFA Futsal Cup. The dates for the group, which will be hosted by MFC Varna, have yet to be confirmed, but fixtures must take place between 15th and 23rd August 2009. The winner of the group will qualify for Group 1 of the Main Round of the competition, which will take place between 26th September and 4th October 2009
