Ipswich Tickets on Sale
Tickets for Cork City's friendly match against Ipswich Town are now available to purchase online through Ticketmaster via the link on CorkCityFC.ie. The game will take place on Sunday, July 19th at 4 pm and tickets are priced at €25 for Adults, €15 for Juveniles/OAP’s and €10 for Schoolchildren. Tickets are also available from the Cork City club store at 22 Sullivan's Quay.
Drogheda are Hunky Dorky after Pats win
What a night it was for Drogheda United last Friday as the Drogs victory over St Patricks Athletic was preceded by the official launch of their main sponsorship deal with Hunky Dory's. Drogheda United Chairman Jim McArdle said that he was "delighted to have a household name like Hunky Dory's associated with the club" and added his hopes “that this was the start of a long association between the well known food manufacturer and Drogheda United.
St Kevins Boy’s Trials
St Kevins Boy's Under 15's trials will begin on Sunday July 5th in Ellenfield Park, Whitehall. Player's who would like to attend should arrive no later than 10:15 for registration. These trials will be for all 4 squad's at the Under 15's level for next year's DDSL team's ranging from DDSL Premier Level to DDSL Division 'C'. So we hope to cater for all levels of player. New Drogs Fan Club
“The Claret And Blue” is the official title of the new Drogheda United fan club. For five euro a week you can purchase membership of the club and you will be entered into a monthly draw for which, prizes such as signed jerseys, International tickets, Premiership tickets, holiday vouchers, season tickets and much more will be on offer.
As part of the “Claret And Blue” you will also receive preference for any limited capacity away game as well as any cup games that Drogheda may be involved in.
Anyone who signs up to the ‘Claret and Blue’ before July 10th will be entered into a draw for 1 week Sun Holiday for 2 people courtesy of Thomas Cook Holidays. The prize draw will be made during the half time of the Drogheda United v Bray Wanderers match on July 17th.
The club is designed to be the beating heart of Drogheda United FC and will be providing steady, guaranteed income that will ensure the community of Drogheda has a strong and sustainable football club going forward.
