Problems mount for Lilywhites
Dundalk have today sacked Dave Rogers for gross misconduct after his sending off during last night's tie with St Patrick's Athletic.
Rogers dropped his shorts in front of the Pat's fans midway through the game and he immediately saw red from referee, Richie Winter.
In a statemeant released by the club, they confirmed that: "Rogers has been dismissed, with immediate effect, due to gross misconduct. The club will not tolerate this type of behaviour from any member of our squad."
Also, it is believed that George O'Callaghan has left the club on mutual consent. Rumours are circulating that the former Ipswich and Cork City midfielder will move to either Denmark or Greece to continue his colourful career.
