Rep. Ireland v Iceland: Reaction - Short and sweet from Hallgrimsson

Heimir Hallgrimsson kept his post match press conference very short lasting a massive 25 seconds as only one question was asked from the assembled media. How different are Ireland with regard to Iceland in the way they play football?

“I think both teams were quite equal between both teams,, tactically and defensively they were both well organised. It was a game of few chances and I think there is a lot of similar between the two teams.

“We hope we have the same determination as the Irish as that is what we love about the Irish, their determination on the pitch.”

With that said, the media officer asked was there any more questions to which everybody nodded and the two left the table leaving the assembled press waiting for Martin O’Neill and co. to enter the press conference room.
