EA SPORTS CUP:

Wexford Youths 1-2 Bohemians FT - Preview - Lineups
Waterford United 2-1 Shamrock Rovers FT - Preview - Lineups

21:53: Yes it is, as the final whistle blows. Game over. Stay tuned later for match reports on both games. From the Live Updates though, I am signing out. Good night and don't forgot to drop us an email anytime with comments or suggestions!!

21:52: GOAL WEXFORD Gavin Doyle nets the peno off the left post, after an O'Connor cross was handled by McGuinesss!! A little too late???

21:51: PENALTY WEXFORD

21:48: O'Connor is back on, blood free. The game is playing itself out with a whimper now. Since the corners, Wexford have not pushed much. Looks like 2 Premier and 2 First in the Semis. The draw date, I am not sure of.

21:45: So the line-up so far in the Semis is: UCD, Sligo Rovers, Waterford and soon to be Bohemians. Youths are down to ten men. O'Connor is bleeding heavily from the nose on the sideline and all the subs are used.

21:43: Brennan just on the field is booked for an elbow on Johnny Flynn O'Connor. Sinnott now booked for clipping Carey on the break. Durty stuff. Michael the Sligo Fan emailed in with a little slice of conspiracy!! "I hope Shamrock go out because I fear the FAI would have fixed the draw if both themselves and Bohs got through as they would want a Shamrock Vs. Bohs final in Tallaght. Whereas now, that can't happen so I'm happy."

21:40: In Wexford, Fitzgerald is on and Sheahan is off. 81 minutes played. It's all over in Waterford!! Shamrock Rovers exit the Cup and another First division side enters the Semi-Finals.

21:39: Last minute of the Waterford game, can United hold on....

21:34: In Waterford, Amond on for Price. Paul McCarthy on for Dunphy.

21:32: In Wexford, 67 minutes gone and McEvoy clears Malone's header off the line from a Sinnott corner. Miller's volley is deflected past the top corner and a Rossiter shot is saved by the keeper. All from corners... pressure from wexford. Frantic even. Youths pushing hard. Brennan on for McEvoy now.

21:28: The subs are making a difference for the Youths. A few corners and crosses cleared by McGuinness and Co. at the back. The Home side is more industrious now.

21:22: Sinnott is on for Doyle and Dempsey is on for McCurtain, 60 minutes gone in Wexford.

21:15: 55 minutes and Russell for Wexford is sent through by O'Loughlin. McGuinness closed in on him and the shot curled away from goal. Sinnott is now warming up. Carey is booked for a late one on Rossiter.

In Waterford, United are beginning to tire but look dangerous on the break.

21:12: Another Bohs fan, another Carey comment, this time from Hannah - "If Carey played on Saturday bohs would of had a chance hes a lovely player!!!Who wants to watch safe football???hes class! how long is he here for???" - Well Hannah I believe his loan deal runs until July, and he is out of contract in Celtic soon.

21:08: Back on in Wexford.

21:05: GOAL WATERFORD Waterford take the lead again!!! Free kick from Kearney. A super strike. Twenty yards out. Rovers not happy with the free!!

21:04: Cameron comes on for Doyle and another dodgy off side call against Rovers.

20:58: We have another email in to extratimelive@gmail.com. This time from Paul the Bohs fan who is all praise for Wexford - "They may be facing elimination from the Cup but I've a huge amount of respect for Mick Wallace. I think that with the current financial state of the League the Wexford model could be the way forward. It's good to see local lads getting a break."

20:56: Yellow for Flynn as he hacks Grincell down on the left wing. Steady now.

20:55: A let off for Waterford. Rovers hit the post and Purcell puts the rebound over the bar from 3 yards out.

20:50: A brief half time comment from Conor: "Two nil, a real Bohs stroll, Heary was subbed to have a rest. Carey looks like a great prospect and Hughes too. They are all well up for the game."

20:47: Remember to visit the site on Friday when we will be covering all 9 games taking place. We are also introducing a number of new midweek features which will be announced over the next weeks. It's half time in Wexford and the game in Waterford resumes...

20:44: Our inbox tonight is getting plenty of queries as to how Graham Carey is faring, the latest from Sabrina. Well Conor Meagher tells me the press box are just talking about him. He just did a lovely nutmeg there outwide, got by two but Rossiter crunched him and the ball went for a throw. Shelley has come on for Heary on 44 minutes. So Carey is performing well, and has had an input in the goals.

20:39: 40 minutes gone in Wexford and there is just no outlet for Wexford. The just returning from injury Gary Sheahan is too light to hold up the defensive clearances coming to him alone up front.

20:34: And it is half time in Waterford now, as the teams go in with a goal a piece and as expected it's a tight game.

20:33: SHAMROCK ROVERS GOAL Dessie Baker has equalised for Rovers on 45 minutes!!! Quick move, and hit first time on the turn.

20:29: The Bohs goal, Good work from Carey, lost Russell down the left and teed up Fenn who side footed into the roof of the net. Bohs are really dominating this tie.

20:28: WATERFORD GOAL Shock on the cards? Waterford are one nil up on 42 minutes. Kiely. He out paced Price. A lovely right foot finish. Dunphy was then booked before the restart.

20:27: An email in from Matt, asking how Graham Carey is doing. Well he is playing down the left channel providing width, with Hughes and Fenn linking great up front.

20:25: GOAL BOHEMIANS Purcell with a header just wide. Devine makes shapes to indicate he had it covered....but he didn't really. In Wexford, it's all Bohs. GOAL . Neale Fenn, 25 minutes!!!

20:24: Kearney with a wicked shot from 25 yards. Great save by Murphy and away for a corner. Devine has been booked for time wasting. Baker has also got a yellow.

20:16: Mark Hughes puts Bohs in the lead. Keeper took a deep free. White and Fenn went up for it and Hughes got onto it and beat Rossiter before placing it under the keeper.

20:13: All evens in Waterford. Rovers called offside on four occassions now. All bad calls according to our man. Cahill has had a long range shot saved by Devine.

20:13: BOHEMIANS GOAL Bohs have taken the lead in Wexford... Details coming ....

20:11: First chance of the game in Wexford to Bohs. Fenn onto a Murphy through ball. He turned Rossiter and shot from the edge of the box. Doyle palmed over and the resulting corner was cleared. Murphy is looking very lively.

20:04: Coming up to 20 minutes gone in the RSC, and still scoreless.

19:59: The teams are out on the pitch in Wexford and ready for kick off. Youths are in their pink outfits, and Bohs in their black and red. How many times before have Bohs played two separate teams who wore pink!!

19:53: The Shamrock Rovers keeper makes a blunder, and Kiely pounces and is nearly in but the ball goes just wide.

19:50: in Wexford, it's a bright mild evening. The crowd is filing in and it looks like it will be a good turnout.

19:48: Game on in Waterford. There is a disappointing crowd in attendance. The usual RSC wind is howling.

19:43: Question of the Evening: Mr. Trappatoni has announced his upcoming squad here and there are some people who believe many players have been overlooked. So who do you think could make the grade in the squad? Email us at extratimelive@gmail.com.

19:40: First off tonight will be Waterford v Shamrock Rovers which will be under way in 4 minutes time.

19:35: The Shamrock Rovers and Waterford United teams are now available too. Some interesting changes to both teams, as Gary Twigg goes onto the bench.

19:28: John the Bohs fan is straight in with his thoughts having emailed us at extratimelive@gmail.com. "I have to respectfully disagree with the prediction made by extratime with regards to the Wexford and Bohemians game. Despite a couple of hiccups in recent weeks and the possibility of a weakened team, i cant overlook Bohs for this. They are too professional of an outfit with too many young stars looking to prove their salt. Bohs to win by 2 goals. No penalties tonight. I also cant overlook Rovers but Waterford will not lie down. Close game ahead"

Well John, having seen the Bohs lineup, you could have a point, but we will know soon enough!!

19:25: The Bohemians and Wexford lineups are now available from the link above. A strong enough Bohs team as Wexford rest Conor Sinnott. Anto Russell captains the Youths tonight.

19:05: We are expecting a number of changes to most of the sides playing tonight. The teams will be announced soon and we will have them as soon as they are. So who do you think will win, contact us at the usual address, or leave a comment below.
