Kenna and Clancy re-sign with Seagulls

Bray Wanderers have announced that defensive duo Conor Kenna and Tim Clancy have re-signed for the club for the 2017 season.

Club captain Kenna signed for Bray from Shamrock Rovers at the beginning of the 2016 season and went on to make 37 appearances during the season.

The former Drogheda United and St. Patrick's Athletic defender scored one league goal for Harry Kenny's side, in a 1-0 victory over Finn Harps in July.

Clancy, on the other hand, joined Bray during the summer transfer window after spending the first half of the season at Sligo Rovers.

The former Shamrock Rovers defender, who also spent time in Scotland with Kilmarnock, Motherwell, Hibernian and St Johnstone, would go on to make 12 appearances in the second half of the season alongside Kenna in a partnership which helped Bray finish sixth in the Premier Division.
