Bohemians agree fee for sale of Ayman Ben Mohamed

Bohemians have confirmed that they have agreed an undisclosed fee for the sale of midfielder Ayman Ben Mohamed to 26-time Tunisian champions L’Espérance Sportive de Tunis.

 

The 21-year-old, who then joined Bohemians from Longford Town at the beginning of this season will move to the Tunisian side subject to international clearance, passing a medical and agreeing personal terms.

 

The former St Joseph's Boys youngster joined UCD U19's side in 2012/13 before finally making his UCD first team debut in the 2014 season.

 

He would go on to make 17 appearances that season for the students before moving to Longford Town where he starred as Longford finished sixth in the Premier Division.

 

Ben Mohamed, who was born in London, moved to Ireland at the age of two and is eligible to play for Tunisia through his father, who is from the Tunisian capital of Tunis.

 



The winger's performances this season for Bohemians then seen him awarded with an international call-up to the Tunisian national side for their African Cup of Nations qualifying game against Djibouti in June.
