O'Donnell out for three months
Cork City midfielder Stephen O'Donnell is expected to be out for at least three months after damaging knee ligaments against Sligo Rovers on Saturday night.
The former Bohemians midfielder was introduced as a substitute in the 66th minute, replacing Faz Kuduzovic. However, just 23 minutes later his Cork City debut was over after falling awkwardly in the terrible conditions.
Speaking to local radio this evening, Cork boss Paul Doolin confirmed that O'Donnell will be ruled out for three months, if not more.
