League of Ireland Attendances - Gameweek 3
Gameweek 3 yielded the lowest overall attendance so far for the 2015 season with a total of 14,868 people heading to League of Ireland games. Dundalk’s clash against St Pats drew the largest crowd, a total of 3,749 in attendance. Shamrock Rovers scoreless draw against Cork City came in second with 3,428.
Cabinteely continue to impress with their attendances. 1,186 people watched Shelbourne claim all three points. Compared to the rest of the First Division games for Gameweek 3 (and the Limerick Premier Division game) Cabo are well ahead in terms of attendance figures.
The overall average for the Premier was down on Gameweek 2 (2,206 v 2103) however the Cabinteely figures meant the First Division average was up (504 v 563).
