Peamount United Vs UCD Waves, Greenogue 22/03/15

Kick-off 12:00pm

Match Referee: Rhona Daly.

On Sunday second placed UCD Waves make the short trip to Greenogue to play Peamount United with an eye to consolidating their grip on second place in the league, while also ensuring that they keep the pressure on leaders Wexford Youths.

Peamount United will be hoping to put the disappointment of last Saturday's defeat to Castlebar Celtic behind them in front of their home crowd.

Peamount manager Mulligan is expecting another hard battle if his side are to be victorious "UCD are probably the most talented playing squad in the league and are coming into this game in great form".

Both sides will have to plan without key players, due to injury and Ireland u17 call ups. Peamount boss Mulligan is without the services of Anna McCormack, Laura Taylor, Eleanor Ryan Doyle and Lucy McCarton.

Waves manager Gleeson is without the services of Kerrie Ryan, Dora Gorman, Niamh Prior and Danni Murphy. Last Sunday’s game versus Raheny handed UCD a huge boost as Chloe Mustaki made a welcome return after a long layoff coming on a second half substitute.

Galway WFC Vs Wexford Youth's, Eamonn Deacy Park 22/03/15

Kick off: 16:30

Match Referee: Irma Mulvihill

On Sunday at the later time of 16:30 Wexford Youth's make the 249 kilometer trip to Eamonn Deacy Park for a must win clash against Galway WFC. in the two previous meetings this season, Wexford Youth's recorded a convincing 5-1 victory in Ferrycarrig Park, while on their previous trip to Galway the visitors could only manage a scoreless draw.

Galway WFC will be aiming to build on the victory they collected on the road last Sunday against Cork City, Manager Don O'Riordan explains “that Galway are aim to prove they have a false League position” and collecting three points at home on Sunday will go a long way to justifying  these claims.

After suffering defeat at the hands of Raheny United last Wednesday in the capital, in the women's national league cup semi-final, Wexford Youth’s will be anxious to collect the three points and strengthen their position as league leaders heading into the final three league games.

Youth's boss Willie Doyle " we're looking to bounce right back, Galway are a superb team and they have been unlucky not to pick up more wins and it’s up to us to get a result"

Galway are hoping to have goalkeeper Tina Hughes return to the side after pulling up during the warm up last weekend, apart from Marie Curtin the remainder of the squad are available for selection.

Wexford have a virtually full squad to select from apart from long term absentees Rianna Jarrett and Becky Cashin.
