Suspensions announced for new League season

The first suspensions list of the season has been published today. The league kicks off on Friday 6th March, which will see Gary Dempsey serve the first of his two match suspension over his betting fiasco last season. St. Pat’s will also be without the services of Jamie Harris and David Partridge.

The second round of games sees Shamrock Rovers also lose three players to suspension with Pat Flynn, Danny O’Connor and Sean O’Connor all missing out.

Some other notable suspensions announced today include a seven match suspension for Monaghan United’s assistant manager Graham Doyle, a five match suspension for Kildare County’s David O’Connell. Bohemians will miss the services of Gary Deegan from the 1st April for three games due to reaching 16 yellow cards from last season.
