Bray re-sign experienced duo
Bray have continued their recruitment drive that has resulted in four players signing in two days with the re-signing of Danny O’Connor and Dean Zambra.
2014 will be Danny O’Connor’s fourth season at the Seasiders after he joined from Newry City in July 2010. He has played over seventy games for Bray and, last year, he played fifteen league games scoring once in a 1-0 win over Limerick.
Dean Zambra is also a seasoned campaigner for Bray. He made his debut for the club on the last day of the season in 2008. Although he didn’t make an appearance in 2009, he has been a regular in the Bray’s midfield since the 2010 season. Last year, he missed only one game during the whole season, a 2-0 loss to Derry City.
While two players have re-signed for Bray, two more leave. Defender Niall Cooney has signed for Crumlin United while goalkeeper Sean Holmes has re-joined Cherry Orchard.
