PFAI First Division Team of the Year revealed
The Professional Footballers' Association of Ireland (PFAI) has revealed the First Division team of the year for the 2013 season.
This year's eleven sees the top four clubs represented with newly crowned champions Athlone Town leading the way with five players.
Paul Skinner (Athlone Town) has been chosen between the sticks, with teammate Aidan Collins in defence. Gavin Kavanagh (Waterford United), Noel Haverty (Longford Town) and Tom King (Mervue United) complete the defence.
The midfield consists of Barry O'Mahony, Ryan Manning (both Mervue United), Mark Hughes and Graham Kelly (both Athlone Town).
Philip Gorman (Athlone Town) and David O'Sullivan (Longford Town) have been paired up front.
The First Division Player of the Year nominees have also been confirmed, with Gorman, O'Sullivan and Collins all in contention for the accolade.
